I just can't seem to leave well enough alone with this character.

Yes, I know the quilt pattern flattens the dimensionality of the cape itself; but you see, The Cape wants to be flat.

When Neil & I jam we never know what we'll end up doing, even if we begin with the end in mind.  I fervently hope he will share some Blubby with you later! For now all I can offer is this Cape sketch he inked, and the tantalizing knowledge that he has commenced inkslinging full-size pages.
